Alliance for Catholic Education
The Director of Mission and Ministry serves as a member of the Academy of the Holy Names Leadership Team and is responsible for providing strategic, pastoral, and administrative leadership for the school’s Catholic identity, SNJM charism, and multi-divisional Campus Ministry program. Beyond overseeing programs and experiences, the Director is called to meaningfully inspire students and adults alike to encounter the love of God, grow in the Catholic faith, serve others in need, and live with greater purpose and fidelity to the Gospel and SNJM values.
In close collaboration with the president and divisional principals, the Director serves as the primary animator of mission programming across all aspects of Academy life. The Director ultimately helps cultivate a vibrant Catholic school community that honors and celebrates the beauty, truth, sacramental life, and social tradition of the Catholic Church, while also embodying a spirit of hospitality, welcome, and respect to students and families of all faith traditions.
